Community members can be segmented to allow future evaluation as the community evolves and members change at different rates of change.

Each member or any set of members process through in the five phases of a decision cycle can be grouped in the; visualize, gather, sort, commit and confirm behaviour segments to support project goals.

Membership contests, programs and evaluations all are tools to grow membership and reduce attrition.
